Fire Destroys Goods Worth Millions Of Naira At Maiduguri Phone Market

A midnight fire has razed down Maiduguri phone
market. According to soldiers stationed nearby
who witnessed the fire incident, the fire started
Friday midnight from the middle of the market
and all efforts made by them to put it out proved
abortive. 14 shops and 40 adjoining stalls fully

stocked with laptops, mobile phones and other
accessories were all destroyed by the fire. The
cause of the fire is still unknown.

China Donates Free Ambulances To Nigeria

The Chinese government has donated twelve ambulances to the
Nigerian Government in order to complement its Ebola containment
plan.
The ambulances all equipped for quick response to any emergency
were given out to twelve hospitals across the country.
The donation was made through the Nigeria centre for disease control
