Oritsefemi's Range Rover SUV to crash early
Saturday morning, 6th December 2014 on Ikorodu
Road, Lagos. "The incident happened when we were going to
finish up a meeting for my traveling arrangement
today with Big Brother Africa's officials in order to
perform at the grand finale of the event in South
Africa on Sunday 7th. Yusuf 'Danku' Adepitan who was driving the
Ranger noticed unknown gun men were chasing me-

gunmen approached the driver. They ordered him to
stop. Pointing guns at him, but Danku refused to stop. He accelerated trying to escape. While he was
struggling with the robbers, a truck conveying loads
of Cement hit the vehicle accidentally. The SUV's
driver's side was smashed. Danku lost control. The
truck hit him by the chest through the driver's side.
The airbag came out immediately", Oritsefemi revealed the accident. "I was at the back the back seat with my brother. I
quickly cried for help before a good Samaritan
rushed out from unknown area in Surulere to rescue
Danku who had already been in coma. He could

The World Fattest Man Keith Martin Dies At The Age Of 44.
Prior to his death, he had weight-loss surgery - had three quarters of his stomach removed, and subsequently lost half of his body weight. However, he died of pneumonia eight months after the surgery.
Before the surgery, Martin was consuming 20,000 calories a day – 10 times what is recommended for adults. According to reports, "he had six-egg fry-ups for breakfast then pizzas, kebabs, Chinese take aways and Big Macs for lunch and dinner, all washed down with six pints of coffee and two litres of fizzy drinks." There was once a period when he didn't leave his UK home for 10 years because he was unable to walk. So sad.

Chris Oyakhilome And Daughter Made A Huge Performance On Stage Saying To The World, "We Are For Jesus"
Embassy Church months ago have since moved on.
A few days ago, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome performed
on stage with his first daughter, Sharon, at the Christ
Embassy 2014 International Pastors' and
Partners' Conference. Sharon, who recently turned 21 is a budding gospel
musician.
Halfway through the rendition of her hit track "I am
excellent", she called on her dad to join her and
together they happily ended the song. Pastor Anita Oyakhilome who is in the UK was
however absent at the conference.
She had recently filed for divorce from her estranged
husband, and the founder of Christ Embassy, Pastor
Chris Oyakhilome.
Speculations of the split between the couple came to light after church members in London sympathetic to
their Pastor Anita, had set up a Facebook page
calling out Pastor Chris for being un-Christian in his
marriage, and how he has been treating Pastor Anita
in the church.
The case is still in court.
Nigerian Man In UK Scams Women Of N17 Million
The fraudulent heart breaker is now facing jail time after admitting to four charges of fraud.
The married father of two allegedly scammed the women out of almost £100,000 after pretending to be
a Royal Marine on Match.com, named Timmy Francis, who owned an orphanage in Africa. On one of his profiles, he had the nickname 'Charismatic Brit,' and on the other, 'To live and love.' He claimed he
was looking for love.
Adewole is said to have used a picture of of an actual
Royal Marine Commando called Joshua McGowan, as his display picture.
Sources say he told the women he had been robbed at his "orphanage," and so they sent him money and paid his bills. Unknown to them, Adewole was diverting the money into his wife's bank account. He also spent the money on expensive designer clothes, iPads, and TVs.
Investigations revealed that whenever he set up dates with the women, he would never show up.
Prosecutor, Charlotte Brandon told the court: "'Adewale told the women that on a trip to
Africa he was the victim of a crime and needed
money. The crime meant he could not access
his own funds.
He said they would get their money back and
would be sent letters from the World Health Organisation to show that he would be able to
pay them.
These letters were sent, but from an M30
Manchester postmark. He also sent them links
to websites which, when logging in with details
he gave them, appeared to show that he had a huge bank balance and would eventually be
able to pay them back.
One woman was asked to pay for a hotel for
him. When she rang the number he gave her for
the hotel, they also confirmed the information
and she agreed to pay it. She later received a cheque addressed to him
for £35,000 to prove he had money, but this
was later discovered to be a stolen cheque
forged in his own handwriting.
Over a number of months each woman transferred significant sums of money via bank accounts and Western Union moneygrams and sent items to the defendant's home address. They bought electronic items, took out credit cards and loans and bought clothes from Next. " When police searched his house in 2012, they found a digital camera, which had been purchased by one of his victims. It contained pictures of the accused, along with his wife and children. They also found several SIM cards in his wallet, which contained the women's contact information.
He was also in possession of two Blackberry phones which had three different email accounts linked to the two Match.com accounts. In addition, £4,500 was found under his bed. He was subsequently arrested.
However, Adewale has denied the allegations, and
has blamed the fraud on his flatmate Samson Ajayi.
He told police that Ajayi had told him to help him
transfer money to his relatives. He also claims that
he vaguely remembers using match.com. "The fraud was Samson's idea. I got
involved because I had a few financial
difficulties at the time.
I did not speak with the complainants. I did not
know money was being sent to Nigeria but I
knew it was being sent to my bank account and my wife's bank account.
I do not know where Samson is at the moment.
He travels a lot. I have no idea about the details
of this fraud. I didn't even know how many
victims there were.
But I pleaded guilty because if I had not let my bank account or flat be used, these women
would not have suffered in the way that they
did.
Samson said he was expecting some money.
He said he had no bank accounts to receive the
money so I wanted to help him. He was owing me rent at the time and this was the only way
he could pay me," he said. The court hearings are still ongoing.

Why Yoruba Ladies Have the Biggest Butts in Nigeria – Charles Novia
Nollywood filmmaker and self-
proclaimed culture critic
Charles Novia says there should
be no fuss about international
stars who have big butts,
because African women are
naturally endowed will theirs
are usually artificial. He
explains that Nicki Minaj, Kim
Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez
should be jealous of Mercy
Johnson, Yvonne Okoro and a
lot of African women –
especially Yoruba women.
Read his piece below.
I know the hidden agenda of
Kim Kardashian, Nikki Minaj
and Jennifer Lopez. Yes, I
know.
These ladies are jealous of
Mercy Johnson, Yvonne Okoro
and one of my female relatives
in the village.
Na today real Black women don
dey get Big Yansh? Why the
sudden obsession with Kim
Kardashian’s butt by the
Western World? Ehn?
And the funny thing is, oyinbo
women are now getting butt
transplants while those who
can’t afford it are using butt
pads, or Yansh Pads as we term
it here sometimes.
Now, this is the humour when it
comes to Nigerian and perhaps
African women. When God
made the African woman, he
might have taken an extra rib
from Adam to bless the African
women in most parts of the
continent. That is why South
African women have….
(*speechless)
Narrowing it down to Nigeria
and the ethnic groups, it is
debatable but research has
shown that Yoruba ladies just
might have the biggest butts in
Nigeria. I am likely to concur
with this because ever since I
was born and all the years I
was growing up, the only
images of Yoruba women I
could remember from the
black and white music clips of
those days and Owambe
Parties, were images of some
bad a*s conservative butt
shaking which never got one’s
parents incensed enough to
switch off the television lest we
got ‘spoilt’ but would sooner
ask us to close our eyes when
images of oyinbos kissing came
on the screen.
In fact, when I first watched a
clip of Fela Kuti’s stage
performance in 1977 or 1978
on NTV ( as it was called then),
it wasn’t the ‘shakara, shakara’
chorus he was singing which
caught my fancy. It was the
unbridled butt shaking of his
dancing girls which tormented
my poor, young innocent soul
for years.
Then, Charly Boy came in 1987,
with his outrageous music
video, ‘Big Bottom’ and not
even the morally-correct NTA
could ban it off the airwaves
then even with the tempting
close-ups of women with Big
Yanshes in that video. Then one
lady singer called Uche Ibeto
released a video titled ‘Jigida’
where she did some
provocative butt shaking as she
screamed in a simulated moan
‘ligiligi, ligiligi, sha, sha, sha! ‘.
And no one banned that video
then because it ‘projected an
African dance’.
Back to the meat of my story,
today’s fashion is a conspiracy
to ensure that Butt-om Power
will keep on ruling. Everything
with women’s fashion seems to
bring out the shape of their
butts these days. And the Kim
Ks and Nikki Minajs are there
to help you out, if you have any
doubts.
Sadly, in Nigeria, I am told that
Butt Pads for ladies are in high
demand in the market. Why?
Because many young ladies
want to have butts like Kim
Kardashian.
I need to ask why an African
lady would want to put on
artificial pads on what has
naturally been padded from
heaven. Because of Kim?
Fela Kuti did sing that the
African People’s problems start
from the back. ‘Na from BACK
yioooooo’.
Don’t get me wrong. I
appreciate butt. Good butt. And
for those who got it among the
ladies, thank God for
‘butt’ering your bread. But
when butts are being used now
as weapons of distraction,
Houston, we have a problem!
Why did I write this satire
today? Two days ago, at Garki 2,
a young lady with well-formed
hips came out of a building and
stood by the road to flag down
a taxi. I tell you, Kim K has
nothing on this woman’s butt
and I wasn’t looking at her o. I
was humming Tisha Cobbs
‘Break Every Chain’ when I saw
her. The next thing I knew, an
SUV rammed me from behind.
Gbosa!
A well-dressed young man
came out and apologised
profusely as I looked at my
dented rear bumper. Whilst
apologising, he kept glancing at
the young lady a few metres
away.
‘Mr Man!’ I said, ‘before Yansh
will kill you, go and meet that
girl and take her contacts so
that you will know that the bills
you will pay for fixing my dent
will be worth it!’
The Guy nor slack. He went to
the Lady and a couple of
minutes later, they both walked
back to his SUV.
I don’t care to know what went
down with him and the
endowed lass but all I know is
that I have a new rear bumper
at his expense which was fixed
yesterday.
Obviously that kind of person
would not care to pay for
bumpers. What with the way
he rammed my car from
behind, it doesn’t take much
imagination to visualise the
other types of ramming he
loves doing behind closed
doors.
Female Suicide Bombers Hit Maiduguri Market, 30 Dead
Two female suicide bombers struck at a
crowded market in Maiduguri, the
Borno State capital at about 11:30 this
morning, killing 30 people and injuring
many more.
Lawal Audu, a member of the vigilante
group, the civilian JTF confirmed the
attack saying so many Boko Haram
fighters are now in Maiduguri, the
Borno state capital.
“They followed the IDPs to come to
town. They even slaughter two people
in one of the camps and they have
been going about causing havoc in
some parts of the state.”
According to Lawal, the soldiers who
were working with them went to the
scene of the blast and told them that,
security have cordon the area, but did

Just yesterday, the some suspected
Boko Haram militants on Toyota Hilux
vehicles and motorcycles attacked
Damasak town in Borno State, killing
scores of residents.
The gunmen were said to have stormed
the town around 7 am. The gunmen
were disguised as traders to avert all
kinds of suspicion.

Wole Soyinka opens up on how he's been battling cancer
Renowned playwright and Nobel
Laureate, Prof. Oluwole Soyinka, has
disclosed his health status.
The maverick writer announced that he
was diagnosed of cancer last December.
An expert and Founder of African
Cancer Centre, Lagos, Prof. Olu
Williams, however assured Soyinka that
he would “not die of cancer.”
Williams, who revealed that Soyinka had
the disease because of his old age, said
the playwright will only “die with the
ailment.”
Soyinka, who revealed his cancer status
at a press conference at the June 12
Cultural Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State,
today, said he had decided to open up
so as to create awareness about cancer
disease and to help people take
measures to prevent it or seek prompt
medical attention for cure.
The Nobel Laureate said he survived the
silent killer disease because of early
detection, treatment and proper
dieting, adding that it has also dawned
on him that the family has a history of
cancer ailment.
He noted that his initial reaction when
it dawned on that he has cancer was to
see it as one of those challenges and
nuisance that should be dealt with,
adding that a time he considered it “an
unwanted squatter in his body and had
to get rid of it whether it is a slow
growing one or malignant.”
Soyinka who showed a crest to attest to
his surviving the disease, did not reveal
to reporters the nature of the cancer he
was treated for.
His son, Dr. Olaokun Soyinka, who is
also the Commissioner for Health in
Ogun State, later told The Nation his
father was treated for “prostate
cancer.”
Kidnappers pose as Aliko Dangote on Facebook, kidnap beauty queen
The Lagos state Police command has
rescued one Miss Sa’adat Bibire, who
is the current Miss Nigeria
International 2014 & daughter of an
aide to Kwara state Governor, from
her abductors.
The beauty queen was abducted two
weeks ago by a gang of kidnappers
who lured her into visiting Warri,
Delta state from Lagos by
impersonating Africa’s richest man,
Aliko Dangote on the social media
platform facebook.
Pardaing the suspects before
journalists on Wednesday, the Lagos
state police commissioner, said “the
gang is made up of students of the
Delta state Polytechnic Ozoro…they
opened a Facebook account
disguising as Aliko Dangote and
contacted Sa'adat.
They invited her to Warri with the
promise to make her Dangote brand
ambassador. On getting to Warri,
Sa'adat was kidnapped and taken to
a place on the outskirts of Ozoro
town in Isoko Local Government
Area in Delta state. The kidnappers
then contacted her family and asked
for N20m ransom, which was
supposed to be paid into a Malaysian
account. We began a manhunt for
them after they contacted the girl’s
family but only one of them was
arrested while the others are
currently on the run.”
In his statement to the police, one of
her abductors, 23 year old Patrick
Ifada said he was lured into the
kidnap gang because of the money
offered
"I accepted to join the gang because
of the money involved. We opened a
fake Facebook account pretending to
be Alhaji Aliko Dangote and we
convinced her to come over to Delta
State to meet the businessman. At
first, our ransom was N20 million.
When they were not forthcoming
with the money, we brought it down
to N15 million and then N10 million.
I was the one staying with the victim
in our hideout. We were using the
quarters of one of our members,
Destiny. We are five in number and I
was promised a huge sum. Other
gang members are Destiny, Marcus
Omajuwa, Ugada and Chuka.
We are all students of Delta State
Polytechnic, Ozoro, ND 1. I was
studying Computer Science. She was
in our hideout for about two weeks.
We asked the Special Adviser to pay
the ransom into a Malaysian account
that one Fred helped us to set
up. None of us raped her. Destiny
told us we were only going to make
money from her family, and not to
assault her"
Obasanjo rubbishes National Assembly, says it’s an Assembly of Thieves,Looters
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo,
today Nov. 26th rubbished the National
Assembly, saying it is an Assembly of
looters and thieves. He said this while
speaking at the public presentation of
the autobiography of Justice Mustapha
Akanbi, in Abuja. Some of what he said
below...
"Apart from shrouding the
remunerations of the National
Assembly in opaqueness and
without transparency, they indulge
in extorting money from
departments, contractors and
ministries in two ways"
"They do so during visits to their
projects and programmes and in
the process of budget approval
when they build up budgets for
ministries and departments, who
agree to give it back to them in
contracts that they do not
execute. They do similar things
during their inquiries.”
"Corruption in the National
Assembly also includes what they
call constituency projects which
they give to their agents to
execute but invariably, full
payment is made with little or no
job done. In all this, if the
executive is not absolutely above
board, the offending members of
the National Assembly resort to
subtle or open threat, intimidation
and blackmail. When the
executive pay the huge money,
normally in millions of dollars, all
is quiet in form of whitewashed
reports that fail to deal effectively
with the issues investigated.”
"When the guard is the thief, only
God can keep the house safe and
secure. But I am optimistic that
sooner than later, we will
overcome. God will give us guards
of integrity and honesty with the
fear of God and genuine love of
their people and their country.
“Today, there is no institution of
government that is not riddled
with corruption, not even the
military. As the people cry out,
where then is the salvation.”
Obasanjo said
